Shotgun Team Competes in First Tournament

The Waxahachie Indians Shotgun Team competed in their first SCTP Northeast Region Tournament, “Its Best in the West Trap”, on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at the Fort Worth Trap & Skeet Club in Fort Worth, Texas.  Thirteen teams from the Northeast Region competed in the event.  The Waxahachie Indians Shotgun Team won 3rd High Team Overall along with a number of individual awards.

Congratulations to the Indians for an outstanding job placing as a team in their first SCTP Shoot!  Thank you to Head Coach, Don Williams, the assistant coaches, as well as all of the parents and family that came out on Saturday to support these athletes.  The Waxahachie Indians Shotgun Team will be in action again on December 14, 2019, at their next Regional Tournament at Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds in Decatur, Texas.
